I am a highly driven health systems researcher, nurse, public health practitioner, and healthcare quality improvement professional. With several years of experience across public, private, academic, and non‑profit sectors, I combine clinical expertise with research literacy and strategic leadership in health & care systems strengthening, health policy, patient safety, healthcare quality improvement, public health, project management, reproductive & family health, implementation research, and building a resilient health and care system.
I bring a strategic and analytical approach to designing, implementing, and scaling high-impact interventions across diverse sectors, including health, education, research, and community engagement. I have led and engaged in several community and facility-based initiatives and worked on key donor-funded projects and programs to address health disparities and improve health outcomes. As a strong advocate of systems thinking and participatory approaches, I have contributed to the development and rollout of evidence-based policies and strategic frameworks that respond to local contexts while aligning with global goals such as the SDGs and Universal Health Coverage.
Over the past years, I led initiatives in patient safety culture, healthcare quality improvement, clinical governance, process redesign, development and implementation of quality management systems, quality assurance frameworks, international accreditation readiness, incident/adverse events reporting and management systems focused on strengthening health systems, improving healthcare quality and ensuring patient safety in healthcare delivery.
