E化製造 (工業4.0)

E化製造(e-Manufacturing)的定義乃是利用資訊科技(Information Technology, IT)及開放的網際網路(Internet)來有效整合工廠區之製造執行系統(Manufacturing Execution System, MES)與設備工程系統(Equipment Engineering System, EES),及企業間之供應鏈(Supply Chain, SC)與工程鏈(Engineering Chain, EC)等,以達到工廠內部(包括生產與量測機台、自動搬運系統、和廠區監控等)及整體產業(包含工廠區、公司管理層、上下游工廠間、客戶端、設備與技術供應商、和其他企業夥伴等)間資訊的整合與通透性,使其可有效地提高產能與產品良率(運用MES);提高整體設備效率(Overall Equipment Efficiency, OEE) (運用EES);縮短產品自下定單至交貨(Order-to-Delivery)之時間(運用SC);及縮短產品自設計與發展至上市間之時間(Time-to-Market),進而達成降低整體生產成本的願景。

A. 製造所之任務在於配合我國高科技產業發展及傳統產業升級之需要,培養具E化製造、製造技術、製造系統、與製造管理等知識之製造資訊與系統整合人才,並以執行產學合作計畫之方式,提昇產業競爭力之製造資訊與系統研究

 高等自動化理論與實作

此門課之課程目標為:探索高等自動化理論並將其付諸實作。

產業自動化與電子化實作

此門課程主要教授E化製造的四個要素:製造執行系統 (MES)、供應鏈 (SC)、設備工程系統(EES),以及工程鏈 (EC)等之實作方法。
