Anwar graduated with a bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and a major in Structural Engineering from the National University of Sciences & Technology (NUST) and a master's degree under the Erasmus Mundus scholarship program. Anwar has gained research experience from UAEU university and PhD from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
