I am currently a PhD candidate in the department of statistics at UW. My advisor is professor Marina Meila. My research topics include: 1. Evaluation of clustering algorithms: k-means, spectral clustering, etc. 2. Theory and applications of EM algorithm. 3. Dimension reduction and manifold learning.
