Professor Jieh-Sheng Jason Lee specializes in Patent Law and technology-and-artificial-intelligence-related laws. He is a licensed attorney in the U.S., and he teaches U.S. Patent Law at NYCU Law. Professor Lee received his Ph.D. and Master in Computer Science from National Taiwan University, LL.M. ‘s from the George Washington University Law School and National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University (at the time, National Chiao Tung University). Before joining NYCU, Professor Lee held several positions in the Hsinchu Science Park, including engineer, deputy manager, and Intellectual Property Law counsel.
