My research interests include (but are not limited to) breeding, genetics/genomics, molecular biology and trait discovery in agriculturally important crop plants, especially wheat and rice. I like working at the interface between basic and applied research with aim to understand complex biological processes and exploit these for development of improved crop cultivars.
