I am a computational biologist with expertise in integrative data analysis, proteomics, transcriptomics, and regulatory genomics. Following my PhD and postdoctoral research at Joslin Diabetes Center and MIT, I now focus on understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying metabolic health, obesity, and the effects of exercise. My research uniquely bridges computational and biological approaches to generate novel insights and strategies for improving human health.
