Foreign senior tourists are overseas travelers aged 55 and above. The core problem explored in the current research is whether there is a relationship between the motivation and satisfaction of foreign senior tourists vacationing in Bali. This is a confirmatory study built on the tourist loyalty model developed by Yoon and Uysal (2003) and Chi (2005), based on the theory of consumer behavior and its application for tourism. The current study is an in-depth confirmation on the effects of travel motivation of the senior tourism segment on the segment’s satisfaction because satisfaction, in turn, affects tourist loyalty as the basis for repeat visits and recommendations for friends and relatives. A survey of 400 respondents was conducted, using field survey method, combining quantitative and qualitative data. The analytical tools utilized were descriptive statistical analysis, multivariate analysis (Structural Equation Modeling), and qualitative descriptive analysis. The tests on confirmation model revealed a relationship model between motivation and satisfaction of foreign senior tourists vacationing in Bali. The goodness of fit tests revealed that the model is replicable for similar research settings. Motivational push factors affect the satisfaction of foreign senior tourists vacationing in Bali, comprising of:(1) the push to visit new places,(2) the push to gain new knowledge and experience, and (3) the push to get out of the daily routine. In addition, motivational pull factors also affect the satisfaction of senior foreign tourists vacationing in Bali, comprising of:(1) health facilities, the quality of travel agency services, and (3) the quality of tour guides.
This study discusses the general preview of tourism and agriculture in Bali, the opportunities and barriers of agrotourism development in Bali, stakeholders’ opinions concerning the development of agrotourism in Bali, agrotourism contributions toward economy and social situation improvements of the local communities, and contributions of agrotourism toward contribute for sustainable tourism development.

The Pelaga Agritourism area is dominantly visited by students, who are predominantly less than 20 years old, some of them are from the age group of 21 to 40 years. They are predominantly come from around the City of Denpasar and Badung Regency. They are interested in visiting Pelaga because a unique village tourist attraction, views of gardens and farmland, natural beauty, the beauty of the park, cultural friendly and environmentally friendly tourist attractions, public facilities, telecommunications, restaurants and centers the agriproduct market, the people who are friendly to tourist arrivals, easy to reach locations, the availability of transportation to the location, and the proximity to the city center. Dominant tourists willing to re-visit Pelaga significantly influenced by the unique village tourist attraction, views of the expanse of gardens or farmland, natural beauty, the beauty of the park, and the ease of reaching the Pelaga location from their residence.

Session 3: Forest Recreation and Park Management
The keynote paper for this session was entitled “Forest Recreation and Tourism Education in Indonesia” presented by Dr. Gusti Bagus Rai Utama (Bali). A student’s presentation on the Forest Recreation Education was the final presentation in this workshop.
