My background reflects the ability to develop original understanding and extension of an area of knowledge or professional practice. I also have the ability to address problematic situations that involve many complex interacting factors through initiating, designing and undertaking research, development or strategic activities. As a team player, who can also work independently, I can exercise broad autonomy, judgment and leadership in sharing responsibility for the development of a field of work or knowledge or for creating substantial professional or organizational change and development. Haven worked as a teacher, lecturer, pro vice chancellor, etc., gave me other competencies such as spirituality, communication skills, problem solving abilities, client service, and commercial awareness as well as adapting to new situations within a very short period of time.

I am a member of a number of professional and academic bodies some of which are: Templers of Honor and Temperament, Norway, Rotary, friends of the earth, West African Research and Innovation Management Association, several University Alumni and other professional bodies around the world, and where I have served in leadership positions.
