Dr.Karthikeyan M. is an Associate Professor at Department of Pharmacology, Ashokrao Mane  College of Pharmacy, Kolhapur ,Maharashtra. He has completed his Ph.D. from Singhania University, Rajasthan. His M.Pharm in Pharmacology from SRM University,Chennai, SRM University,Chennai, Tamil Nadu; B.Pharm from The Tamil Nadu Dr.MGR Medical University, Chennai, Tamil Nadu; D.Pharm from Directorate of medical education Chennai , Tamil Nadu  and D.S.M from Siddha Research Institute, Chennai, Tamil Nadu. He has more than 12 years of teaching and research experience. He has guided B.Pharm, M.Pharm and Pharm.D students. His area of interest is in drug discovery from natural products for cardiovascular diseases, inflammatory diseases and cancer. He served as joint sectary for the Pharmaceutical and Biological Society, India. He is a member of the Indian Hospital Pharmacist Association (IHPA),World Association of Medical Editors (WAME),USA, Asian Pacific Association of Medical Editors(APAME)and Science Advisory Board(SAB). He has worked as editors for various national and International Journals. He has published more than 40 research and review articles in national and International Journals. He has published book chapters. He has presented papers in various national conferences. He participated in hands on training programmes in pharmacology at NIRRH, NIAW, NIB, St. John's Medical College and Manipal University. He received the South Indian ASDF best circuit faculty awards in 2018. He has organized workshops in animal handling and national level conferences. He had received grants from ICMR and Kerala State Council for Science, technology and environment.
