I worked on project “Monitoring the therapeutic efficacy of antimalarial medicines in India”. I focused on the genetic expression and sequence analysis of drug-resistant genes against antimalarial therapy among the endemic Indian population.

The study focused on the broad spectrum signaling-inhibitory effect of synthetic compounds in metastatic prostate cancer. Part of the work is published in abstract proceedings [Cancer Med. 7 (2018) 5–58], and two more manuscripts are in preparation.

For the first year I worked on the project “Role of Cyclin Dependent Kinase in neuronal apoptosis” and then after on another project entitled “Dissection of signaling pathways in P.falciparum”.
