International Journal of Human Capital in Urban Management (IJHCUM) is an open access, quarterly FREE CHARGE Publication affiliated with Municipality of Tehran focusing on employment and allocation of human capital for urban management, including urban multidisciplinary themes such as human resources management, urban HSE, urban services, transportation, and civil management. Presenting practical issues existing in urban management from the perspective of human capital, the journal publishes original research papers, reviews, case studies and short communication covering all aspects of urban management linking the theory with actual applications and providing rigorous, critical analysis of real cases with the objective of identifying best practices in the management of human capital. The IJHCUM Journal has been indexed in the well-known world databases mainly; EBSCO, Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ), Islamic World Science Citation Center (ISC), Information Matrix for the Analysis of Journals (MAIR), National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI), WorldCat and Google Scholar.
