Research Experience
Generally, this study sought to determine the level of job performance and level
of job satisfaction of the front line employees of the Local Government Unit, Cauayan
City, Isabela.
Specifically the study sought to:
1. Determine the demographic profile of the participants as to theirs:
1.1 Age;
1.2 Gender;
1.3 Civil status;
1.4 Highest educational attainment;
1.5 Status of appointment
1.6 Current position/rank in the workplace and:
1.7 Monthly salary
2. Determine the level of job performance of the participants as assessed by their
supervisors
3. Determine the level of job satisfaction of the participants
4. Analyze the relationship between the demographic profile of the participants and
the level of their job performance as assessed by their supervisors
5. Analyze the relationship between the demographic profile of the participants and
the level of their job satisfaction
6. Analyze the relationship between the level of job performance of the participants
and the level of their job satisfaction
Work ExperiencePrimarily ensuring the student welfare at their best. Conducting timely growth session for the students may it be for personal or interpersonal. Counsel students who hardly cope up on their little problem.
Education
I am a student of a Cagayan State Universtity Tuguegarao, enrolled as psychology student. I want to use this platform for my research as it helps me a lot.
