Mehmet Kutlu currently works as Department Chair at the Department of Art History, Bozok University. He does research in Art History, Cultural History and Archaeology of Turkey and Kazakhstan. He has a specialty in Pre-Islamic Periods of Central Asia and Medieval Islamic Art and Architecture with a focus on Anatolian Seljuk Art and Architecture.
