I currently work in the Mathematics Department at Khalifa University. My research interest includes and is not limited to: scientific high-performance computing (Space-Time Domain Decomposition techniques), finite element method, integral equations method, numerical optimization, iterative method, preconditioning technique, shape optimization, optimal control problem under PDEs constraints and parallel programming.
The main applications driving my research are waves related problems (acoustics and electromagnetism and geophysics), Fluid dynamics, mathematical physics, fluid-structure interaction, heat and mass transfer, and inverse problems.

ENTC-Theme-1 Nuclear Systems and Safety
Aims to assess the thermal hydraulic safety analysis codes by validating their predictions against experimental data obtained from integral effect test facilities in order to identify and validate the dominant thermal hydraulic phenomena occurring in NPP under accident scenarios including rare events. In fact, these key thermal-hydraulic safety issues are related to multiple high-risk failures, making them more complex and more challenging to predict. The main drive for selecting these topics is that thermal hydraulic studies on beyond design based accident for light water reactors is one of the immediate necessities required to develop in order to guarantee a safe operation of these power plants.
