I am an assistant professor at İTÜ Faculty of Computer and Informatics Engineering and director of BASIRA lab. BASIRA (Brain And SIgnal Research & Analysis, https://github.com/basiralab) aims to develop advanced learning-based methods for big neuroimaging and signal data analysis to improve healthcare and wellbeing. Specifically, we design cutting-edge medical data analysis techniques for better understanding brain development and ageing in health and disease.
