He holds a Ph.D. degree in Public Administration with expertise in sociological theory, organization & social theory, quantitative as well as qualitative social research. He authors four books on Management, Industrial Relations, Organizational Psychology, HFE, and other Socioeconomic topics. He is an independent researcher with a keen interest in organizational psychology, human factors engineering and working for social welfare and knowledge development of deprived people.
