My research focus on the physics and design of nanoscale devices for future low-power and neuromorphic computing using low-dimensional and topological materials, including beyond CMOS devices, photonics, plasmonics, optoelectronics, valleytronics and superconductor-electronics. My research interests cover charge injection physics at nanoscale interfaces, light-matter interactions in quantum materials, and the quantum transport of electron, photon and energy in nanoscale heterostructures.
